1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tormel ("the Service"), operated by Lumos Invest OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your account information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Description of Service

Tormel is a personal development platform that helps users organize life goals, track progress with metrics, and build positive habits through streak tracking. The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or subscription plans in the future, which will be subject to additional terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to submit User Content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material (NSFW content)
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Impersonates another person or entity

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Upload NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content, including explicit images or material
  • Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited communications

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your User Content following termination, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMOS INVEST OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
